Framelimit to Audio Gone in New Builds - parallelepipeds - 08-21-2014

Hi there,

I was interested in using Dolphin 4.0 2626 to play Skyward Sword, but I've noticed that, at some point in the revision process, 'Framelimit Audio' disappeared as an option. The reason I want to use Dolphin 4.0 2626 is because it is the latest revision that solves most of the problems that Skyward Sword has... but without 'Framelimit Audio' on, I always get little hiccups in the sound, using HLE or LLE.

Is the option going to come back eventually?

Thanks.

No, the option is gone forever because it was a hack. The little hiccups in audio happen because the emulator is not always maintaining full speed, likely because of the shader cache. As you play the game more these hiccups will disappear.

If the audio is not playing correctly at auto-framelimit and it's not related to the game speed being incorrect, please make an issue report about it.
