Stuttering Sound FPS Drop - namco - 08-20-2014
I'm currently using Dolphin 4.
I have been able to play Mario Kart Wii. I think the sound stuttered on player select screen. In game sound was fine & FPS VPS were 60 & 100% ran smooth.
I have tested a GC game & this ran flawlessly.
I am having problems running the GC game Outlaw Golf. When starting the game the music plays but no intro screen shows. I can get past this by just pressing start on the controller & i can then start the game. The game runs fine on the options screens. When i start the game the sound starts to stutter. The FPS & VPS varies from 29 to 50 & 50%. I am unsure what tweaks i should be making.

Windos 7 64Bit
AMD A8 6600K 3.90ghz Quad Core
4gb Ram
Radeon HD 8570D
1TB Sata HD
Any help much appreciated

APUs rarely handle games full speed, try forcing the maximun clock speed on Catalyst Control Center.

If you can't run the game full-speed the sound will stutter
