Hi! It's possible to compile a x86 version of Dolphin 4.0-2241? I need this version of emu for test the wireless sensor dolphinbar.

No, the code was removed from Dolphin. However, try one of the latest 32 bit builds (x86) from the Ishiiruka branch:https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-testing-needed-ishiiruka-dolphin
He merged the master changes with a 32 bit build fork for awhile. Don't remeber when he dropped it, but I think after the one you want.
OR
Reinstall your copy of windows with a 64 bit disk. Your product code will still work (RECOMMENDED)

Perhaps someone should make a thread detailing how to reinstall 64-bit Windows over 32-bit. I'm sure it's simple, but some people need hand-holding.
