hi i downloaded dolphin from the official site and have super smash brothers melee and am trying to find out what settings make the game run at a good fps. here are my pc specs
windows 8.1
processor: AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon ™ HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
RAM: 6.00 GB
64 bit operating system

AMD A6-5200 APU. At 2.00 GHz. That's not going to run anything full speed; there's nothing I can really do for ya. Sorry.

is there anyway to upgrade the technology or should i try investing in a better PC?

If it's a laptop, no, if it's a desktop, you can definitely upgrade pieces of it to make your computer stronger without having to buy a whole new kit.
