Question about save compatibility - Alfieri - 08-07-2014
Hi everyone,
I have one question, is it possible to create a save with dolphin and add it to a non-modded wii? I want to add some cheats into the file and play the game in my Wii.
And for example in the case of protected saves like The Last Story? I know I cannot extract the save from the Wii, but how about creating the save in Dolphin and adding it to the Wii? Just remember my Wii is not modded and I would like it to stay like this.

yes.
If the save file is copy protected you'll need to use homebrew to transfer it. I don't think this actually requires modding the console in any way.
