I have Mario Sunshine running At 30 FPS And 60 VPS And It Seems Full Speed, But I was just woundering Why I get So Little FPS But It says its says it Running at 100%.

NTSC SMS fullspeed is 30FPS + 60VPS
PAL SMS fullspeed is 25FPS + 50VPS
other games may be 60FPS+60VPS / 50FPS/50VPS

thats the case most of the time
afaik some pal games running pal60 go 30fps/50VPS (or60vps)

My copy Shouldn't be Pal, its ripped Right from the disk, my CD Drive Reads GC games
And this Is the One Of Many games i OwnBut thats Good to know to
