hey guys sorry to bother but i have been playing through resident evil 4 i got up to chapter 1-3 without any lag when i get up to 1-3 it slows down alot is there a way to fix it and get it not to lag

Try saving and reloading without savestates. That happened to me as well; it was a problem with perfcounters.
