My computer isn't very fast, and I wanna play some GC games, but.... I lost most of my old games... I own a Windows Vista Home Premium, BTW Here are my specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon X2 755 Dual-Core
Installed Memory: 3.00 GB
System Type: 32-Bit Operating System
Graphics Card: 825 MB

32-bit is unsupported so you won't be able to even launch the program: https://dolphin-emu.org/blog/2014/05/19/obituary-32bit/
You could try an older version that still supports 32-bit (4.0-1609 or earlier).
Also what OS do you have? Dolphin does not support Windows XP or earlier.
