Hi guys, I want buy a Wiimote Plus, but according this guide:

What others packages there are? maybe Wii Sports Resort? Wii Play Motion?.
BTW: In my country is more convenient buy a Wii Mini to purchase separate controls (Wiimote Plus + Nunckuk), these are compatibles with windows/dolphin (no Wii-U compatibles)?

AFAIK, the only way of getting a Wii Remote Plus which isn't a -TR one is getting it bundled with a game. FlingSmash, Wii Play Motion, the japanese version of Wii Sports Resort and colector's edition from Zelda Skyward Sword are all bundled with non -TR versions of Wii Remote Plus, but they're quite hard to find nowadays...

The very first models of Wiimote Plus provided with the Wii itself were not -TR Wiimotes either
