Well guys, I am buying a laptop with i73610qm and nvidia probably 630m 2gb so can it play with 4 gb of ram so can i play Inazuma Elven Strikers at a good speed?

Probably, if you use the latest development builds (not the stable build), follow the Dolphin Laptop Performance Guide (google it) and don't push the graphical enhancements too far.
That said, what's your budget? If you can, you really should aim for a CPU with Intel's Haswell architecture. It's about 25-30% faster than Ivy Bridge CPUs (like the one in your laptop) when playing Dolphin.

As for haswell CPUs, make sure there is NOT a U or Y and the end, as those are low power processors, and will not play well in Dolphin. You want one that ends wil M, MQ, HQ, or if you have a big budget, MX
