The intros and graphics are just fine but when the ilustration of the controller teaching what you have to make with the remote this error appears

when you give ok the game run a little and the message pop out again(i only can play the shot game without to much problems until now)
Any solutions??? i already tried inumerous graphics and versions but is still the same
