Sorry for the noob question here, but is there any way for me to download Dolphin's source so I can open it on Visual Studio or the only way I can edit it is downloading tortoise svn?

Oh, thanks, I had already seen that pages but I only now I understood what to do (my english is not as good as it may look) thank you for the help Nosound97!
The true is that I had everything on my PC, cause I like to compile my own builds, but I did a fresh install of my windows and I couldn't remember what I needed..
