I've noticed this as well. I've tried looking for evidence if the lag was being induced by my mayflash adapter or my monitor, but as best I can tell it's something to do with the emulator and has remained consistent across any version I've tried so far.

Dolphin has no inherent lag for me; the mayflash is a frame or two late on every emulator I try.
