hi guys. this is my first post here. i just downloaded dolphin SVN R3972, and the pad and wiimote plugins do not appear. they are in the directory, but do not appear.

I was having this problem myself, but I figured out how to fix it. Nothing was working to correct it at all until I downloaded the latest DirectX. So that's your most likely solution.

u need the latest directx from microsoft, and the latest c++ also

Exactly. That's what fixed it for me. Now to tweak the display settings....
