I have no problem with this; Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3/4 play multiple songs for me.

In my PC have some regression's using the build v4.0-1970+ (DTK Rewrite).
Game: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (USA).
MD5: 8fd5510e28b32545f8f31c365e467e55.
Dolphin settings:
DSP-LLE recompiler/XAudio2.
Methodology:
Start a new game and play in the "free skate" mode (first level).

I have compiled one the latest dev builds without the DTK rewrite included (using the old way the DTK was handled) and it fixes all of my issues with sound. Here'
