I'm not sure, I've only used it for Mario Party 6 and 7.
NSMBW can be played with a 360 gamepad I suppose, the motion controls aren't used often, but it would be nicer with a Wiimote...

Tried without Hamachi,It works better, but we have desync.

That should be solved by disabling Dual Core mode (make sure both of you did this).

Wii NAND got desynced, try making a fresh install of Dolphin with no Wii saves.

Now Dolphin always says Desync at the start.

Yeah, once the NAND is desynced, it's very hard to get it resynced. That's just the difficulties of Wii Netplay at the moment
Try unplugging the SD card and stuff in the fresh dolphin.

But we have deleted the folder Dolphin emulator. so how we can sync it now?
