Not to be rude, but you sound computer illiterate and you should stop attempting to overclock before you damage your hardware, if you haven't already.

I am computer literate, I've just never used amd graphics cards before. Sheesh! No need to be so rude!
Anyway, I did manage to fix it, I'm just keeping this up, so I can get some advice.

@Blob55: There´s no option to update it on CCC. You need to Google it.

I finally got around to installing the update, but now my monitor goes blank again! This time it's different, as it goes blank as soon as it loads the Desktop, instead of when CCC turns on. I can't go into safe mode, as it crashes everytime my computer loads it. I also need my CCC to be up to date, as my DVDs don't play otherwise.
