no. It's fine, with the exception of trauma center and some others. Why don't you try it?

I tried it in Wind Waker and there are clipping and some other issues. BTW I don't have any other GC games on Dolphin.

You can use 16:9 aspect ratio, It converts your 4:3 GC game into forced 16:9 widescreen ratio...

That's true. But this is not true widescreen, since everything gets stretched. This hack intends to introduce a real 16:9 support to get rid of the stretching for games that don't natively support 16:9 (like WW).

To make objects in WW not disappear where they would be out of view on a 4:3 screen would require modifying the game code probably.
