Just click "more details" on the message (or whatever it says) and then "open anyways" (again, or whatever it says). That happens to me every time I get a dev build on W8.
(No, kin, antiviruses or navigators doesn´t have anything to do with that).

having a similar issue, They suggested quite a bit. what exactly solved the issue you were having, hopefully we've run into the same problem.
