I've got an NTSC version of Super Smash Bros Melee on Dolphin Rev 3896. I tried to use the unlock all characters and stages code, but nothing happens. It looks like a couple people from youtube are having the same problem as well. Is this the same for everyone else?
Hope it gets fixed in the new revision.
