vps limiter instead of fps limiter would be alot better than a frame limiter because of the new frame skipper and the vps still shows the speed at which the game is running

use 3950 not 3949 and the fps-counter shows the real speed and the framelimiter works as it should.
vps was never supposed to show the gamespeed and therefore can not limit the gamespeed.
