Sorry i meant it's fast, yes but you need two cores.
If you set the affinity in dolphin to two cores would that help?

There you go, thats your problem, strange thing, you need to actually own the game you use or dolphin wont be able to read it.

Izzit "Enable dual core"? If it is..i enabled it aready
You have to actually go to the task manager
find dolphin under the "processes" tab -> right click -> set affinity.
But i doubt that will help with the words considering you still need to buy your game, if you ever hope to play it on dolphin that is.
