[GC] SSBM Save Import Problem - Honu - 03-01-2014
I've tried multiple game saves from GameFAQs (gci) and every time I tried importing the file to the memory card A, it keeps telling me that there is already a saved file on it. I've completely removed the MemCard A and restarted the game to make a fresh one and these are the steps I took in order to try and import the save file:
Tools > Memcard Manager (GC) > Browse > MemoryCardA.USA > Import GCI
After I located the file to import, it gave me a message that said, "Memcard already has a save for this title." I've Google searched issues with this to find out if there was a way to do this but all that came up were old problems that had old Dolphin Emulator builds so it wasn't the same as the up to date version and did not help me at the slightest. Even tried searching these forums for a solution and couldn't find one.
Can someone please tell me how to import the GCI file (100% save file) to the MemCard A?

Delete the old file on the memory card?
