Hello and thanks for reading,
I have an official Nintendo Brand Wiimote MotionPlus Inside controller that I am having a problem with.
I do not believe the problem is with the Bluetooth stack, or with the controller, because:
1. I am able to connect the Wiimote and it shows up as RVL-CNT-01
2. The Wiimote is recognized as a Real Wiimote by Dolphin
3. Buttons work properly in games
4. Using GlovePIE I am able to use the controller to move my mouse outside of Dolphin
The only issue I am having is that the cursor, aka the pointer, is not working in any games. I do not have a sensor bar as this Nintendo controller has Wii MotionPlus built inside and uses accelerometers.
Am I missing an option somewhere in Dolphin to enable the pointer? I have tried the last 4 versions of Dolphin, it's the same result: buttons work properly but still no cursor. I would really appreciate it if somebody could help me solve this!

you need the sensor bar for the pointer.

Motion Plus doesn't make the pointer work out of the box. You still need a sensor bar to get the pointing functionality working...

Oh, OK! I guess I was confused because I can wave the controller and make the mouse move with GlovePIE. I'll see about getting a sensor bar so it works with Dolphin - thanks!
