Dolphin is not identifying Directx 11 - Pureryuchix - 02-03-2014
I have tried everything and Dolphin is still not working. I updated my drivers, reinstalled Dolphin, downloaded Directx again, and downloaded Microsoft C++. It still fails.

Are you running the latest version of Catalyst Control Center?
