Banner spontaneously switched games, help please. - Pavlovtiger - 01-28-2014
My list entry for New Super Mario Bros. Wii has spontaneously reassigned itself as Zelda Skyward Sword, relocating down to just above my actual Skyward Sword entry. I have Dolphin 4.0 that I just recently started using in place of 3.0-735 Dirty (4.0 seems to perform significantly better for me,) and NSMBW shows up just fine over on the 3.0 list but nothing I do seems to right the problem on 4.0. The game properties/info shows the proper game title for Mario, but obviously I'm barred from changing the banner or game info and I'm not sure what else to do. I have a save file for Mario on 4.0, and not even that sorted it. Moving the ISO out and back in didn't do it either, so I'm rather out of ideas.

Have you tried using View -> Purge Cache?

Oh, wow. I had no knowledge of that function and it instantly sorted out my problem. Thanks very much.
