Dolphin doesn't recognise the vibration feature of the Logitech F710 gamepad - Diamondog - 01-28-2014

Logitech F710 is a gamepad similar to the XBOX 360 controller that features X-imput and Direct-imput. Dolphin recognises the gamepad when it is set to X-imput. I can configure it and the gamepad also features vibration. However, when I try configuring rumble, Dolphin 4.0.2 (official) doesn't recognise any of the two motors the gamepad has (big and small motor). Is it possible to add vibration support for this (and probably other gamepads if Logitech F710 is not the only one with this problem, in case other users deal with the same issue) in the next versions of Dolphin?
Thank you

I have F710 Wireless Gamepad and rumble works fine here, probably you made a configuration error or pressed the vibration button and disabled it. There is also the chance that you are running low on baterries and vibration doesn't work.

Hmm, I haven't tried switching batteries, because they are new, the came with the controller, so I don't think they are empty. I also haven't tried pressing the button again and again to see when dolphin finds the R and L motors, but it didn't find them anytime I tried to configure it. PCSX2 does recognise both R and L motors of the gamepad, it works fine there. It must be set in X-Imput for Dolphin too, am I right?

I would not agree with that. Ximput is for non dx capable systems. If the controller it dx compatible that is always the best option.
