Glad you at least got that part fixed you crazy zany dutch. As for your next issue I am clueless on how to fix as usually, but sounds like an access violation of some sorts. Good luck

Lol, oh the reputation we Dutch people have..
So you don't get any errors when clicking Export Wii Save without launching Dolphin with Admin rights? I now remember that I didn't have this problem when I ran Dolphin 4.0.1 on Windows 8. Now I have Windows 8.1 and Dolphin 4.0.2 so I don't know what the exact cause may be lol (Dolphin 4.0.2 or windows 8.1).

I am at work atm but i do have dolphin 4.0.2 and windows 8.1. I will give it a try when i get home and let you know
