RE: Considering updating my HTPC for Dolphin - abfab126 - 08-07-2009 Nevermind, congrats btw cmccmc ^^ (efi is on the motherboard ^^) RE: Considering updating my HTPC for Dolphin - cmccmc - 08-07-2009 thanks ^^ RE: Considering updating my HTPC for Dolphin - Chaoscode - 08-08-2009 The best cpu for dolphin is going to be a 2x core with the highest clock speed. more then 2x cores cause more heat and are less OCable. So my guess is like a E8600 or a i7 with high clock speeds. I have a E8500 and it runs stuff great. What games can you run full speed? Dolphin uses mostly CPU.. But does video card matter at all? Will having a 8500 be significantly less than using a 8500?
