So yea today is my first day using dolphin and i dont know way wwe13 is lagging i tryed all day to make it work but with no luck tis is my last chance to ask y guys...so what is it??
I have my spec on my profile but i will put them here too:
Intel core i7
geforce 720m
6gb ram

WWE13 is a very CPU intensive game. It will lag unless you have a recent Intel CPU (Sandy Bridge, Ivy Bridge, Haswell) with moderate overclocking. It looks like you have a laptop, and I'm doubtful it's an XM model that can be overclocked to get fullspeed, but post which i7 you have exactly anyway. The most likely explanation is that your hardware simply is too weak to run this game at 100% though.

i7-3537U is even weaker than i5 3210M , i5 4200M . So WWE13 is out of the question for you
Recommend : i7 4700MQ @ 3.2GHz or better CPU (playable only , not full speed)

Like Shonumi said, your CPU is too weak for the game (not to even mention that it´s an ultra-low voltage model that has horrible emulation performance).
You´ll still be able to run it, though.
EDIT: You could try OpenGL + Vertex Streaming Hack. That helps a lot with speed.

the opengl and vertex didnt help i have like 52%....so should i give up tryng on wwe13?
