just wondering is there like a chat or thread where people can talk and exchange info for gamecube netplay?

A lot of people are on the Rizon IRC channel #dolphin-ssbm and #dolphin-projectm for Melee, Project M, Brawl, etc. But we sometimes do Mario Party, Double Dash, Kirby Air Ride and other games. It's primarily a Smash community though, since they're the only ones that can actively support a community.
