Everything but analog works - Final - 01-04-2014
I have used google and tried various methods to rid myself of this problem but it seems i just can't. I started off with a PS3 controller because i heard it could be used with dolphin, downloaded the program to use it. However, it failed to install on of the needed components. I manually changed the inf file and whatnot but it didn't work. So i though i might as well invest a bit of money in a gamepad. Went to staples got myself a logitech F130, i believe. I plugged it in and everything looked okay. As a test i configured it for the gamecube portion and everything worked! Analogs worked fine, dpad was good, all buttons were operational. From there i went to configure the wii remote. Did it basically the same way as the GC pad. In game the selection buttons were working fine. I could use the analog to move about the menu but as soon as the game started the analog would not move the character. Now i tried it for both direct and Xinput, tried turning the mode button on and off for different configurations but its still the same. Everything seems to be working when im on a menu screen, but the characters wont move.
I don't know how i would show you guys what im dealing with but i hope you understand a bit. My computer information is as follows:
Intel i5- 4440 3.1GZ
AMD radeon HD 8570 2GB
8GB ram
etc etc.
Edit: Using 4.0.2
I hope there is a solution for this. Just going to iterate again that the analogs worked for the gamecube settings and only worked in menus for the wii remote.

Edit: Added in my GC config, all buttons and analogs work. Its the untilted4.

You know that you have to configure your Nunchuk for these games right?

Also I recommend you to use a Classic Controller for these games instead of Wiimote + Nunchuk

I thought it may have been a problem with the game itself cause it worked fine for the gamecube. Thanks! Works great now. can't believe i missed that.
