Toshiba stack not detecting Wiimote - cyrax33 - 12-30-2013

Good morning everyone,
I think this has been posted before but I am stuck in a bind here since last night. I am running Windows 8 and recently got a Wii Motion Plus. My laptop has built-in bluetooth and I am able to connect the Wiimote to it. Wiimote is the latest "TR" model and I have done research and found out that Dolphin has a hard time connecting to this particular model and that I have to use the Toshiba stack. So I download and extract the stack and it just extracts and does nothing. The guide says to locate the stack on C:Users/Name/Temp/etc.... but am unable to find this folder in Windows 8. I've tried pressing the sync button on the Wiimote several times and am unablet to connect it to Dolphin, by the way the version that am I using is 3.0 if that matters at all. I've looked on the forums and everyone says to use Toshiba stack but it is not doing anything or am I doing something worng? Thank you for you help in this guys Huh

I added this.

Is it an official Wiimote (by Nintendo) or a 3rd party one?

How about using a more recent version of Dolphin (3.0 is very old)?

I figured that but the problem is the Toshiba stack that I download multiple times wont do anything when I extract the files, the guide says that I am suppose to get a pop-up window when extracting but I don't get anything. And even though it tells me to locate the program in Windows 8 I cant seem to find it.

Nevermind I got it working, wow took me about three days. Had to re-install Toshiba stack several times for Windows 8 to detect it and altered the device ids for bluetooth. Now to get the wii classic controller pro to work ha!

Ok stuck again Lol, lets see its been several days now after I got my Wii motion plus (TR) working successfully and detected via Toshiba stack. Now, getting the classic controller for gamecube is another story. I did researched extensively on this forum, other websites and have been setting this god forsaken controller to be detected by GlovePie. Here are the steps I've taken repeatedly mind you I am under Windows 8:

1. Connect Wii Motion Plus TR via bluetooth by Toshiba Stack (Successful. Works with New Super Mario Bros Wii)

2. Install GlovePie

3. Install ppJoy

4. Now here is where things get messy. I had to disable device driver management under Windows 8 because of all the security features this OS brings and run under test mode to configure and map ppJoy or else windows will detect it as a virus and delete it automatically.

5. Load up several scripts for Wii Classic Controller under Glovepie and hit run and nothing happens. I've pressed stop and run several times and the Wii mote keeps blinking endlessly. It suppose to stop and just set to 1st led light once detected by Glovepie but to no luck. This is where I am stuck so if anyone has had luck with connecting the Classic Controller Pro for gamecube use I'd really appreciate it! I've even throw you some money, anything to get this working Lol seriously any help will do. By the way I did happen to run Dolphin 4.0 as well. Thanks!
