Hey Sonic et al.
Would it be possible to impliment a frame rate limiter? It would be cool to say limit the frames to 10fps so it can run at normal speed.

Impossible without hacking the game (some games may have cheat codes for this)

Dolphin has frameskip and it doesn't really work that way

Lol "too fast" is not what I meant. Frame Skip is more what I was thinking.
