Are you loading from save states? I've also seen this lately. It could be unrelated, but I've only seen it occur sometimes when loading from a save state. Which I only use for testing purposes.

Nope, loading like I'm not emulating at all~ which is actually really annoying sometimes when you're testing different configs over and over again ~_~
