Wario Land: Shake It - using shake function in certain versions of Dolphin - drhoffman59 - 12-11-2013

Hi, so I am using Windows 7 x64, trying different versions of Dolphin with Wario Land: Shake It, trying to find a version that is both fast for me and enables shake (I'm using a keyboard and map shake to a key). The results are at the bottom of this post.

So I found a thread that a build with something called MotionPlus was made for Skyward Sword that can be messed around with to get shake to work in Wario Land, but it appears the link in the MotionPlus thread to that build is dead. So my questions are a) where can I find the build with MotionPlus for Skyward Sword and b) is there an alternative way to map shake to the keyboard in any of the builds I list below that run at 100% for me?
Thank you.

4.0.2: Shake works, speed is about 50%
3.5: Shake does NOT work, speed is about 100%
3.0-766: Shake does NOT work, speed is about 100%
r7272: Shake does NOT work, speed is about 50%
r7271: Shake works, speed is about 50%
r5063: Shake works, speed is about 85%
