i enabled sound, and i tried your configuration, but it still doesnt work it still freezes when i get to the orb

Last shot from me: In Dolphin´s main window, right-click the game and select Properties. Then, in the GameConfig tab, take a screenshot and then post it here.

This may be a bad dump. Check the MD5 checksum of your copy of the game (use an external program, e.g. WinMD5) and compare it to the one on redump.org (which may be http://redump.org/disc/706/ or http://redump.org/disc/707/ depending on which you have – protip, specify if it's Collector's Edition or the Master Quest promo disc next time, goddammit); if it doesn't match, go get your disc and dump it again (preferably with CleanRip on a Wii, as it checks with redump.org for you).

If it's not a bad dump, try using DSP LLE or try using different Dolphin builds.

its a master quest by the way and it crashes whatever build its on
