Dolphin taking too long to start - guiboos - 12-04-2013
Hi,
I have made a fresh install of windows 8.1. Then I installed Dolphin 4.0.2 and now I have two issues.
1) When I click Wiimote or GCPad buttons it takes about 1 minute to open it.
2) When I start a game it takes the same time for the game starts.
What can I do?

You could start providing your full system specs as well as the games you're getting this problem...

OK.
ATHLON PHENOM X2, GIGABYTE UD3FX990, 16GB RAM, ATI RADEON HD5670, WINDOWS 8.1 (FRESH INSTALLED).
Every single game I start opens the black window and then after 40-50 seconds it stars.
