I have no idea. Didn't install anything or mess with the settings. Is my system just not up to par?

I would say it is generally not up to par. Although it depends on the game. But you mentioned that this game was running fine before and now it suddenly doesn't. That indicates a problem caused by a change in the system.

Were you using the same revision when you were getting 60fps or an older revision?

I was using the same revision. You think an older version would work a little better? I hear some do for some people
