The problem is not your Nunchuk. The problem is your Wiimote. So get a Wiimote

Hi, okay here is the one they sent me, so it doesn't look like that one :-(
The thin border is a plastic that i didn't remove yet btw.

Nope. They use the sensor bar for initial calibration and for on the fly adjustments to said calibration. Without a sensor bar you wouldn't get past the first screen at the start of any motionplus title, and even if you did it would constantly drift out of alignment.
