1- some games there is no Banner ? how i can set a banner manual for this games ?
2- the sound is so bad in some games

For games without a banner, I think you need to at least run them once in Dolphin and/or create save data (not sure about that though).
Sound will stutter and chop if you cannot run a game fullspeed. The solution is to run the game fullspeed, which may involve anything from changing settings or upgrading hardware altogether. It's hard to say what you specifically need to do since you haven't listed any games you're having issues with.
