Sideways remote setting - Dimpl - 11-29-2013 What does the 'sideways remote' setting for the Wii remote do? eg. it doesn't appear to change 1 and 2 to more accessible keys. RE: Sideways remote setting - pauldacheez - 11-30-2013 It just rotates the D-pad. If you want to change the controls to make everything more comfortable, by all means, go ahead and do the usual click-a-button-press-a-key routine. Also, when setting A to click or space (i.e. a key which 'selects' things) I have to do it from the options menu otherwise it will not set properly. (This might belong in a new thread...) RE: Sideways remote setting - Qaazavaca Qaanic - 11-30-2013 Just wait three seconds after pressing it. The reason is because click/A gets assigned, but then the click tells Dolphin to reassign. When it timeouts, then the first click is still registered. I believe it also changes tilt and shake settings (from having played for a while, now). |
