RE: How will this laptop run Dolphin? - BlazingSoul - 12-22-2013 From what I have read so far on the forums, most games will run smoothly if I use HLE audio, even some demanding one, but if I use LLE audio, then I wouldn't have a chance. What's the difference between HLE and LLE? Is HLE bad quality? I don't mind if the audio has less quality as long as the audio doesn't stutter. And my final question is if resolution affect speed in any way. If I play ToS in a higher internal res, will it run slower than running it in native res, because admin89 said res didn't matter? Sorry but I am a big noob when it comes to PCs. RE: How will this laptop run Dolphin? - LordVador - 12-23-2013 (12-22-2013, 11:50 PM)BlazingSoul Wrote: What's the difference between HLE and LLE? HLE is enough for most games. HLE was "fixed" for 95% of games recently (new AX-HLE by delroth). LLE is still needed for some games though. One last thing: LLE is a bit more demanding than HLE. Your system has to be very beefy
