How will my PC do? - Koga316 - 11-25-2013 Will my PC be good enough to run everything without problems @ 1080p? i5-3570K @ 4.2GHz GTX 660 Ti 8GB of RAM RE: How will my PC do? - Anti-Ultimate - 11-25-2013 Should be enough for full speed in most games at 2-3xIR. RE: How will my PC do? - KHg8m3r - 11-25-2013 On some of the more demanding games, you may want to look at overclocking. RE: How will my PC do? - Anti-Ultimate - 11-25-2013 Guess your GPU can't handle 4xSSAA then. RE: How will my PC do? - KHg8m3r - 11-25-2013 Try the latest dev build. Also, switch your backend to OpenGL and enable the Vertex Stream Hack. It gives god speed-ups on Nvidia cards. Look up how to overclock online. RE: How will my PC do? - Koga316 - 11-25-2013 When I set it to Open GL and start a game the screen stays black .I'm also using 4.0.1 RE: How will my PC do? - DJBarry004 - 11-25-2013 Did you update the OGL driver? RE: How will my PC do? - Koga316 - 11-25-2013 Shouldnt that have updated when I updated the driver for, my card, which is up to date? RE: How will my PC do? - admin89 - 11-25-2013 Which CPU cooler do you have ? If you have CM 212 Evo or better cooler (plus an aftermarket thermal gease like Arctic MX-4), you will be able to overclock your CPU to 4.4GHz safely It's advisable not to overclock CPU if you're using Intel Stock Cooler Overall , your specs should be fine for most games at 4x Internal Resolution (2560x2112) , no AA , 16x Anisotropic Filtering |
