I want to Report a Moderator - zherot - 11-22-2013
He closed my topic here:
Under a complete abuse of autorithy with no reason just closed my topic even threatened me just for trying to help people, yes just for that, i did nothing wrong i was sharing with the people an alternative if they have troubles runing a game, so having goodwill to help people its a bad thing nowdays?
His name is MaJor says wiki administrator on his subtitle.
They claim (and will claim again), that the sound problems are solved in future revisions, ok, im glad that works for some people BUT it dosent work for other people, i challenge anyone to name a build and then i will try it, if that build they share to me solves the problems i had before using the build im using right now im going to post it here, and i did say that on my original topic where i said i was going to delete my post if they were right, but not only no one give me any build to try out, this guy just came and closed my topic and threatened my account.
If they are right what is the fear of just telling me a version that solves the problems i had before i used the build i was posting and let me try it, i think if they were right that should be not a problem, but instead they refuse to talk and try to sensor my freespech and my goodwill to help people.
What is happening here is a clear lack of arguments on their part and therefore he just went for the easy solution which is silence me and threatened myself if i dare to talk about the topic again, im telling you that is very low to behave like that, and i dont know how do you let people like him have the liberty of doing such things, it really is beyond me i could say i lost hope in humanity right now but that happened a long time ago, im not really surprised.

Thanks for the drama. I'm closing this as not constructive, you aren't censored as your posts are not deleted, just closed. We don't want or need discussion on old builds, if a current build has an issue then please fill out a detailed issue report on the issue tracker.

He's just following the rules. That's what the mods are for. To enforce the rules. Maybe you should read them:

MaJoR explained in detail exactly why your thread was closed. He didn't do anything even slightly abusive. I don't see the issue here. This complaint is ridiculous.

It is not abuse; the support forum is for real support, not outdated hacks. We don't care if the audio stutters on your computer because you're not maintaining full speed. That is the correct emulation. If you want to use your old build, you are free too, but recommending it as a superior solution than using modern builds is not going to earn you any respect, especially in the support forums. If you want an argument as to why, think about this:
Other problems in the game have been fixed since then; if people use your suggestion and run into other problems, they're going to want solutions. We point them to recent builds, and they have crap computers that can't run full speed on latest builds. There is no good solution from going to older builds on a global scale. If it works for you, and you're willing to overlook other problems, good. We refuse to support older builds to prevent problems like this from spreading. Whether you know it or not, you're hurting dolphin and the community.
On top of this, there is a clear rule on the matter of old builds. https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Announcement-global-forum-rules

I never claimed it was supperior, i said it was an alternative to the people with low mid tier machines, learn to read please.
