Progressive Scan option seems to affect FPS is some games, may be related...

I tried your settings and my game still runs at 30fps. What I don't understand is that before it would always play at 60fps/60vps and 100%.
Now it only plays 30fps? Playing on 30fps the game only runs halfspeed.

Did you enable XFB? That option usually makes 60 FPS games to run at 30 FPS instead.

External Frame Buffer: Check Disable.

OpenMP: If I´m not wrong, that thing is broken. There´s no use to have it on.
