You're probably trying to run x64 version of Dolphin on x86 version of OS. Download x86 version of Dolphin (32 bit)

Nosound is saying that he thinks he is running a 64 bit program on a 32 bit computer... 64 bit will run 32 bit programs but not the other way around

running 32bit programs on 64bit windows is no problem - maybe Diddykong answered to krypkings post
