[GC]: Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles - beau640 - 07-30-2009
Hi Everyone
I've been trying to get FFCC to work, but haven't been having any luck. I can get into the menus, but as soon as I select new game and single player, the screen goes black, and the fps counter jumps up to like 2000 fps. Nothing happens after this and it just stays black.
I've tried with revision 3661 (32 bit), as well as with the most recent SVN build. I've searched the forums and saw threads with people that had similar problems, but I never saw a real solution in any of the threads. Apparently you can use a save file to get past the intro, but the only save file uploaded on that thread was one that was already pretty far into the game.
Just wondering if anyone knew a solution to get into the game besides using a save file, or had a save file/can make a save file right at the intro.

thanks, I saw a post to that thread that said it was very far into the game, so I didn't download those saves and try them myself. After downloading them just now, I looked at them and one is only 9 minutes into the game.
For anyone else with this problem, follow that link and grab those saves to get into the game (it worked for me). Hopefully in the future this issue is fixed though so we don't have to rely on other's saves.

Old post, I know, but there hasn't been anything new about it.
I grabbed both of those memcards, even though they're different formats, but all I could find was endgame saves. :/
Is there no beginning save out there for this game at all?

I was asking for the same thing for almost two week on various forums. You might have more luck, i would be glad. Too bad my GC is busted, but in my country it is pretty rare (everyone loves Sony).
