Cheers guys, I'm experimenting with that and also trying Virtual Windows XP incase Windows 7 is the culprit.

Also what is DolphinIL? Is this version of the app faster?

dolphinil can be slightly faster but is unstable.... and virtual xp will do nothing but slow you down

Well, everything I've tried wont work. Watchdog doesn't improve the speed. Any ideas??????

If you have a dual monitor you must turn off the second one because it slows Dolphin down. That's all I can think off. Also check in task manager how much CPU Dolphin is using. (Even if it's using 90% it can still be slow with bad settings, but just check that it's not using very little CPU)
I have the same CPU as you and get like 70 FPS average (not overclocked)

Well, I'm just about ready to give up. I guess it must be Windows 7.

I have to say that it's not right what you said, if you have 2 monitors and turn 1 off it doesn't speed up ur games Wink.
I've tried this with Super Smash Brothers Melee/Brawl, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle/DX and Mario Kart DD.
I didn't get any speed ups when i turned 1 off, I even plugged it out of the pc Wink :p.

RE: Mario Kart DD in slow motion - paiva.daniel - 08-21-2010

I am having the same problem here.

Using:
- Windows 7 ultimate 64 bits
- Dolphin 64 bit (latest version)
- Core i7 920
- 6GB ddr3 tripple channel
- Radeon 5850 1GB
- Direct 3D plugin (DX9)

Is there a solution?
