Hey could anyone help me my games lag on dolphin 3.5-367
Is this good to be running dolphin or a good enough pc to even do it

I am using service pack one am I able to run with out lag?

Your PC is horrible for this kind of emulation, you're not going to be able to do anything with that.

This is barely even worth mentioning, but 3.5-367 is an old build of Dolphin that you got from an unofficial site. Here's the real site for when you find a better computer to run it on: http://dolphin-emu.org/download/
